With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,how to develop a scientific and rational,practical and feasible development strategy according to their own advantages has become the key to strengthening the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.Diversification strategy is chosen and implemented by many companies.But not all of the diversified strategy of the enterprise can finally get the plan to achieve the goal.Develop a diversified strategy for an enterprise,is an important business problem.For the group of companies,how to fully understand the company's existing resources and advantages of a detailed analysis of the company's internal and external strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats to achieve long-term sustainable development,is even more important.With the upgrading of the national industrial structure adjustment,the supply of the reform making the development of excess capacity to be gradually eliminated.Many companies in order to find new business growth points have chosen a diversified development path,but the real basis of their own conditions and resources is analized scientific little.There are few companies that are suitable for their own diversification strategies.For the energy industry group,most companies are still in the exploratory stage,with few successful models.The starting point of this paper is to study the diversified development strategy of E Group for the above background,taking E group as the specific research object.In the course of this study,the concept of enterprise strategy and enterprise strategic management is defined firstly,and the basic theory and method of enterprise strategy analysis are discussed.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the development strategy of E group is studied in detail,Describing the Group's current business development process in the existing problems and the causes of the problem.In the aspect of strategic analysis,this paper has used the PEST analysis model and the SWOT analysis model to analyze the external environment of the enterprise from the four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology.At the same time,it also analyzes the internal and external Advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,to clarify the internal and external factors on the impact of enterprises,clearly put forward the company's diversification strategy implementation ideas.Finally,in the aspect of safeguard measures,this paper puts forward that we should construct the support system with the strategy as the core,perfect the corporate governance structure,perfect the internal control measures and improve the human resources construction and other safeguard measures.This paper adopts the research method of combining theory with practice,both theoretical support and certain practical basis.Through the research of this paper,we can not only comprehensively understand the internal and external environment faced by E Group's business development,but also provide a targeted solution to the future development of the E Group which may has a certain reference value.
