An Empirical Study On The Development Of Family Farm In Henan Province

Three rural issues over the years get attentioned by our government,Because agriculture in the protection of China's economic development and social stability in both areas play a significant role.2013 "Central No.1 document" clearly pointed out that to encourage the flow of rural land in China,to encourage the development of family farms,to encourage the development of farmer professional cooperatives.However,in general,the country's family farms are not many,the founder of the family farm in Henan Province is also on the road to explore.This article first combs the concept of family farms and related theories in China.Then this paper introduces the status of the development of family farms in Henan Province and the experience of domestic development of excellent family farms.Finally,the logistic regression model is used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to open the family farm.Combined with the theory and practice,this paper divides the influencing factors into the three characteristics of farmers 'personal characteristics,family factors and farmers' cognition of policy.After analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn: the degree of farmer's gender,the extent to which the farmer makes the decision,the family participates in the farmer's professional cooperative,the farmer's consideration of the scale of the land production,the family's lease of the land,,Farmers are familiar with the national land transfer policy level,and other factors on the farmers to run a family farm significantly.Among these influencing factors,only the family support the land rent is a negative impact on the farmer's family farm,and the rest can promote the farmer to start the family farm.By comparing the influence of these factors on the absolute value of the coefficient,we can know: farmers to the family's lease of the land of this factor to promote the farmers in Henan Province to create the strongest impact on family farms.Farmers familiar with the degree of land transfer policy on the farmers in Henan Province,the impact of the weakest home farm.Based on the empirical study of family farms in Henan province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,from the perspective of farmers,through the countryside survey and issue questionnaires to explore the development of family farms in Henan Province,the existing problems,and put forward practical policy recommendations.However,because the development of the family farm at the survey site has just started,it is not possible to provide detailed and complete data for this study.So the conclusions of this paper there are still some limitations.
