The Study Of The Willingness Of Family Farm Founded And The Affecting Factors Of The Farmers In Hebi City Of Henan Province

Nowadays, the problem of current on the agricultural feminization, hollow-oriented in the rural areas, Farm Households Concurrently Industry, and the aging farmers are getting grim, while with the Household Contract Responsibility System has many problems, further challenges on agriculture, rural areas, peasantry are ever-increasing. However, this trend facilitates to the development of the economic and commercialization of agriculture because of the appearance of the family farm, which brings the chance to solve the "three rural issues". But there are few family farms founded in our county, the family farm founded in Hebi city are also few, in order to accelerate the, founded and development of the family farm, we have to understand the intention of family farming and the factors of influence, thereby we can take some targeted measures to promote the founding of the family farming.This article is a case study of the Hebi City in Henan Province. Based on literature reviews, questionnaire surveys and on-spite interviews, the farmers from Xunxian, Qixian and Shancheng District of Hebi are investigated with the stratified random sampling method. Their willingness to set up family farm and its influencing factors are discussed in this article. It comes out from a total of286valid questionnaires as below:(1)30.4%of the farmers heard the conception of family farming; in the level of understanding,12.2%of the households understand a little about the family farm;(2) Based on the interpretation about the concept of the family farm,96.9%farmers consider that it is a good thing to found the family farm. Besides,66.9%farmers are willing to establish the family farm. Through the logistic model research, we study the willingness of farmers founded the family farm and its influencing factors, the results show that:(1) Gender, whether trying to do the new tings or not, whether the decision would be affected by other people, the idea of the farmers on the family land management scale, the land rental behavior of households, whether the household have taken part in the rural cooperative or not, the satisfaction on land policy, the loan aspects, how degree to understand the land transfer policy, these factors have significant effects on the willingness of the farmer to found the family farm. With the exception of the land rental behavior of households have the negative influence, the rest are have positive influence.(2)the man are willing to found the family farm than the women, the farmers who are willing to try the new things have more willingness to found the family farm, the man who make a decision easily affected by others have more willingness to found the family farm, the farmer who want to expand the land scale have more willingness to found the family farm, the farmer whose family have rented land have more willingness to found the family farm, the farmer whose family have been participate in the agricultural cooperative have more willingness to found the family farm, the farmer who are be satisfied with the current land policy have more willingness to found the family farm, the farmer who think the loan is easy have more willingness to found the family farm, the farmer who understand more of the present land transfer policy have more willingness to found the family farm.(3)The degree of the factors influence from high to low is:the land rental behavior of households, farmers thinking on the family land management scale, the loan difficulty level, the household taking part in the rural cooperative or not, the satisfaction on land policy, gender, farmers deciding by others influence or not, farmers trying to do the new tings or not, To understand the extent of the land transfer policy. Finally, according to the relevant conclusion, we put forward some measurements and suggestions to promote the establishing and development of family farm in the Hebi city.
