The Research On Development Status Of Family Farms And Farmers Founded Willingness In Henan Province

The current aging farmers, farmers and industry, rural hollow, women in agriculture are widespread phenomenon in countryside. The original household contract responsibility system has a lot of drawbacks, and "three rural" issue facing serious challenges. 2013 "Central One" document is focusing on the construction of the family farm, the implementation of large-scale land operation of this new agriculture business entities, to solve the "three rural" issues in a new way. But the founder of the National Family Farm is seldom, the founder of the family farm in Henan Province has just started, in order to accelerate the promotion of start-up and development of family farms in Henan Province, need to study the development of family farms and the willingness farmers want to found.Firstly, the essay analysis the literature on the family farm research, and describe the related concepts and basic theoretical, including the theoretical basis including household contract management system, Chinese agricultural land Use System and scale theory. Introduce the development process of family farms, the domestic and international experience typical regional and national development of family farms. Then through consulting literature, field researching and questionnaires, introduce the development of Henan family farms from several sides, such as the overall number and size, the standard, the management structure, the support policies, and other aspects. Then investigated the influence factors affecting farmers founded the family farm willingness by logistic regression model. The influence factors are divided into individual characteristics of farmers, family factors and perceptions of policy. The results show that sex, the degree of impact on land management,the idea of the scale when making decisions, land lease behavior, whether in agricultural cooperatives, farming policy to the level of satisfaction, ease credit, understand the extent of the land transfer policies of these factors on the wishes of farmers founded the family farm has a significant impact. Households which leased the land to farmers founded behavior of the wishes of the family farm is a negative effect, and the rest are positive effect. Factors descending order as follows: Land lease behavior of farmers, the idea of the land scale, loans ease, whether involved in agricultural cooperatives, farming policy on the level of satisfaction by the degree of influence, gender when making decisions on land Transfer to understand the extent of the policy. Finally, the essay gives some recommendations to promote the development of family farms in Henan Province.In this paper, there are some innovation in the research perspective and research content. Starting from the view of farmers, investigated the influence factors affecting farmers founded the family farm willingness by logistic regression model. It has some new ideas on the research perspective. And through field research, questionnaires and family farmers’ face to face communication, find the characteristics and problems of the family farms in Henan, and then give some innovative policy recommendations of family farms in Henan Province. Further, since the family farms in Henan Province are in starting stage, practice and statistics of the region is insufficient, and there have not large amounts of data and development experience, the conclusions of this paper may have some limitations, and provide a direction for further study.
