The Research Of Inclusive Green Growth's Realization Path And Policy

The realization of economic,social,environmental comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,it is not only the consensus of the classic theory of sustainable development,but also it is an effective development strategy in many countries.With the rapid development of Chinese economy,environmental pollution,widening income distribution gap,unequal distribution of social welfare and other issues has become more and more prominent.Therefore,to explore how China's economic growth to achieve social and environmental mutual development,find the realization way and countermeasures of inclusive green growth,which have become an important research topic to accelerate the formation of a new economic development and adaptation to the new normal economic development.This paper reviews the researches on inclusive green growth first,then define the concept of inclusive green growth and elaborate the basic theory about it;And then draw Chinese current situation about inclusive green growth by chart;Next,this paper use A-K function to build the theoretical foundation of inclusive green growth model and analytical framework,and draw four inclusive green growth assumption by mathematical derivation;Finally,this paper from the view of economic sustainability,poverty,equitable participation in economic and the green efficiency to build the research system of the four dimensions,at the same time,using stochastic frontier model and 3sls to carry on the regression analysis of the inclusive green growth during 1997-2013.The empirical results show:(1)Increase the proportion of state-owned assets of inclusive green growth has a positive effect,but the impact was not significant;Improve China's trade dependence is not conducive to the promotion of inclusive green growth;Blindly raise the proportion of tertiary industry is not conducive to the healthy and stable growth of China economy;Expand the size of government has a significant role in promoting inclusive green growth of the Chinese economy,but the contribution index is relatively low.(2)Expanding income gap between urban and rural areas have a significant reverse effect to inclusive green growth.Increase in social security expenditure levels can effectively promote inclusive green growth.(3)Education human capital increase has a significantly promote to the green inclusive growth of Chinese economy,healthy human capital also plays a significant positive role in promoting inclusive green growth.(4)Green efficiency presents a significant positive role in promoting inclusive green growth.Energy conservation and environmental regulation policies play an important role in the sustainability of economic growth.Last,This paper based on the research conclusion to get relevant policy suggestion,and points out the future of inclusive green growth in the field of research mainly focused on: the extension of the time span,the collection of microscopic industry indicators and the innovative of research perspective.
