On The Location Optimization Of Intelligent Access Box Of L Company

L is a company to provide third-party send and receive courier service enterprises.With the increasing number of cooperative enterprises,the amount of orders has gradually increased,as the same time,it is also faced with high labor costs,a low success rate of discussion and other issues.In order to solve the problem,this thesis through the access to information and field research,proposed the establishment of intelligent access box to replace the manual.Through the reconciliation and interview,we understand the basic information such as delivery Status and order distribution of L Company in Jinan University,and determine the influencing factors and location of the demand point.At the same time,the thesis combined with the distribution amount of history data analysis the demand points in the future with Excel;through the interview to determine the L's intelligent access box site layout of the influencing factors and principles to determine the location of the alternate site.In the thesis,it constructs the 0-1 integer programming model with the minimum of the cost,and it is obtained evolutionary results by math software.In this thesis,the demand for 43 demand points and 19 alternative sites in L Company Jinan University Service Station,it is choosing 12 sites to build intelligent access box;and then,we were found from the location point area construction capacity,distribution costs,and we found that the number of distribution workers decreases and the cost of distribution is reduced everyday when the same amount of distribution is completed;Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the model parameters shows that the service cost and construction cost have a great influence on the location decision.The maximum number of boxes that can be built at the site and the different difference ratio of the service cost and the construction costs also play a vital role at site selection decisions.
