Terminal Hub Location Problem Of S Express Company Gannan Branch

With the rapid development of domestic express industry,the competitions among express companies are fierce.S express company has huge business volume and high market share,which occupies an important position in domestic express companies.By analyzing the domestic market environment of S express company,it is found that S express company is facing a more complex market environment.The analysis of financial data shows that one of the three main costs of S express company is transportation cost.Taking Gannan Branch as an example,this dissertation studies how to reduce transportation cost by optimizing the logistics network of Gannan Branch.This dissertation analyses the distribution status of logistics network and terminal hubs of Gannan Branch.Because the terminal hubs location of Gannan Branch mainly depend on manual calculations and experiences,there are many disadvantages in the actual operation of company.It not only affects the expansion of logistics transportation costs of company,but also causes other problems:for example,there is a big difference in timeliness between logistics terminal outlets,low customer satisfaction and so on.Based on the actual situation and location considerations of Gannan Branch,this dissertation collects the coordinates of logistics network points and logistics costs in Gannan Branch,forecasts the number of demand points by analyzing the historical logistics data,and collects the local rent situation,labor costs and other cost costs of Gannan Branch.At the same time,access to the Baidu Map API,calculate the actual distance between the candidate terminal hubs and the logistics terminal outlets,and calculate the transportation cost of different candidate terminal hubs to the logistics demand outlets.Finally,the constraints are set up to establish a mixed integer programming model with the lowest total cost as the objective,and the solution is carried out by using the Cplex software.A new optimal location and distribution scheme for the number of suitable terminal hubs in Gannan Branch is obtained.The results are analyzed and evaluated to prove the rationality of the site selection scheme,which has a certain practical significance.There are 17 figures,28 tables and 51 references in this dissertation.
