If an enterprise wants to be always beneficial to an invincible position,first of all,it is necessary to make clear what the focus of its development is,so as to plan a feasible enterprise development strategy plan.It must have its own lasting competitive advantage and clear development strategy planning.Because the enterprise has determined the future development strategy plan goal in a certain period of time,may enable the enterprise's each level personnel to be able to realize the enterprise the common goal,then can enhance the enterprise cohesive force and the centripetal force.Because the enterprise defined the future various stages of the work and resource requirements,so that the design of organization structure and resource integration is more objective and principle,then,can keep the organization and development of strategic planning,can better optimize resources,to realize the maximization of resource value.The enterprise has been clear about the next period of time of each city,each business unit functions so that the development of strategic planning,project departments,organizations are able to clearly understand what to do,and can encourage them to actively accomplish the goal.As a result,the development of Q seed company as an example,in the economic globalization today,China's seed industry companies have to face a series of challenges with international standards,in many industrial enterprises,the emergence of a number of unique excellent seed enterprises,industrialization and scale of operation so that the seed industry more focus,and industry concentration is high,means that the market competitiveness of the greater.In the development environment of the increasingly fierce market competition,Yunnan Q seed company after the joint venture is still in a transition period,in order to adapt to the huge market competitive environment and become the excellent enterprise talent shows itself in the market competition,we must strengthen all aspects of the company's management ability,the company can gain more profit by strengthening management the management system,improve the enterprise management system,to ensure that Q seed companies can continue to progress towards sustainable development.This paper mainly adopts the evaluation method of case study and theory research further discusses the current situation of the development of enterprise Q seed company and development prospects,according to the internal and external conditions of Q seed company and the challenges and opportunities to provide a guide for the company to achieve sustainable development,and hope to provide a precedent for the same Q seed company other companies in the industry,play a reference value.
