With the continuous progress of science and technology, and the reader the gradual change in consumption patterns, network, mobile phones and other new media have developed rapidly. Monopoly of traditional media is gradually being broken, which makes the development of print media is facing severe challenges. Meanwhile, new media, the scale of China's media industry's rapid expansion has provided a powerful impetus to the rapid growth of new media and the Chinese media has undergone tremendous changes in industrial structure. As the market changes in the patterns further, the traditional media industry is bound to fall further. In this context, the traditional print media services business as the main business of the BR group should do about it? BR Group needs to develop appropriate strategies to guide its business operations, this group of long-term development of the BR appears that the urgent and important.Survival and development of enterprises subject to environmental impact and constraints, it is very concerned about the strategic management of a wide range of environmental variables on enterprise survival and development. Analysis of environmental change through enterprise development can be found new opportunities and avoid potential threats to these changes. Therefore, the development of a business strategy must be to analyze its strategic environment. Strategic environment is the future of the current business and strategic impact of the variables, which include the external environment and internal environment. Therefore, BR group needs its own external environment and internal environment analysis. On this basis, BR group need to different types of business strategy features, make the appropriate strategic choices and develop their own development strategies.The article first introduces the basic theories related to corporate strategic management. This chapter is the theoretical basis of research articles, which introduced the strategic concept, the concept of corporate strategy, strategic management, business strategy types and commonly used tools. Then the article from the actual conditions of the enterprises themselves, carried out on the BR group briefly, and analyzed the development of Chengdu BR Group, the external environment and internal environment. The external environment includes macroeconomic environment and industry environment. Conducting macro-environment analysis, the paper uses PEST analysis of the Group in which the political, economic, social, cultural, technical factors were analyzed; conducting environmental analysis of the industry, the article uses the five forces competitive model in which trades on the Group Analysis Now the competition situation, the bargaining power of suppliers, the buyer's bargaining power, the threat of substitute products or services, the threat of new entrants were analyzed; conducting internal environmental analysis, the article with the Boston Matrix Analysis of Group business unit to provide the potential benefits analyzed; then, the article under the Group's own strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and challenges exist a SWOT analysis. After the analysis, the article made for the BR group developed a specific strategic choice and strategy. Finally, the article explores the strategic implementation of the BR group and that the group should be in the five basic management (corporate governance, leadership, corporate culture, organizational structure, management information systems), four functional departments (human resources, marketing, production operations, finance) and resource allocation of three parts starting, implementing BR group strategy implementation.The article makes full use of relevant management theory to practice. It is for the long-term healthy development of the BR group has certain reference value, and similar industries, as by executing the strategic management group has a certain practical significance.
