| Transport infrastructure is the material basis for the development of regional logistics economic,which determines the pattern of regional logistics economic location.What’s more,it is one of the important factors of regional logistics economic development.However,underdeveloped areas is a new economic growth pole in China,the relationship between its traffic infrastructure construction and the city’s logistics economic development is not harmonious,which restricts the economic development of logistics.And the spatial coupling effect of traffic facilities and logistics economic development reflects the space equity problem of traffic facilities.Therefore,analyzing the space coupling effect of traffic facilities and logistics economic development in the view of spatial equity,can identify regional logistics economic development bottleneck.It is an important theoretical significance to promote comprehensive transportation infrastructure and logistics efficiency and achieve coordinated development of transport infrastructure and logistics economy.Firstly,this paper constructed logistics economy development level index system from the two dimensions of the logistics economic strength and logistics economic development potential.Further more,dynamic factor evaluation was used to measure economy development level of underdeveloped regions logistics.On this basis,spatial analysis technology was used to analyze the spatial development pattern of the logistics economy in underdeveloped areas from the three aspects of the overall distribution pattern,spatial differentiation characteristics and spatial correlation characteristics.The results show that:(1)On the whole,the "multi point-multi band"and "T" shaped development pattern is formed in underdeveloped regions.(2)On provincial level,the internal difference of logistics economy development in underdeveloped areas is smaller,and the development is more balanced.However,on city level,the spatial differentiation characteristics of internal logistics economic development in underdeveloped areas are significantly.(3)On provincial level,the spatial correlation of logistics economy development in underdeveloped areas is not significant.However,there is a significant spatial correlation of logistics economy development in underdeveloped areas on city level.And the underdeveloped area is divided into:logistics advantage of economic development zone and economic development of isolated area,logistics and economic development of backward area,logistics and economic development in the region of low.Secondly,the comprehensive transportation accessibility was used as evaluation index to measure the level of traffic facilities,and the spatial pattern of traffic facilities in underdeveloped areas was analyzed.Results show that:(1)The"East-Middle-West" ladder shaped space distribution pattern of traffic facilities is formed on provincial level.And the difference between the three regions is the main reason that causes the difference of logistics development in the whole country,and the contribution degree is more than 70%.(2)The internal difference of transport facilities allocation level in underdeveloped areas is small on province domain and the development is more balanced,and its spatial differentiation characteristics is the same as its logistics economy development.But transport infrastructure configuration in underdeveloped areas present obvious circling structure,and its spatial differentiation characteristics is significant.On this basis,the concept of coupling is introduced,and the study got the coordination mechanism between the traffic facilities and logistics economy to analyze the spatial coupling effect.The results indicated that the spatial coupling of traffic facilities and logistics economy development is better on provincial scale,but it is in a relatively low level.Finally,based on the perspective of spatial equity,the theory of transportation equity was interpreted to analyze the spatial justice of traffic facilities allocation.And the model of measuring traffic facilities space allocation fairness was constructed to analyze the spatial coupling effect of traffic facilities allocation level and logistics economy development level.According to the measure results,the traffic facilities configuration space compensation mechanism was put forward.The traffic facilities resources should be strengthened in Xinjiang,Tibet,Yunnan,Sichuan and other region where the transportation resources level is lower,and the traffic facilities resources should be reduced in Qinghai,Gansu,Ningxia,Shanxi and Guizhou Province.However,the traffic facilities configuration level should be increased in Chongqing,Nanning which are traffic resources dependent cities,and Yushu,Ali and where has a shortage of traffic resources. |
