With the deepening development of China’s national economy,the driving role of knowledge and innovation which in the whole economic development is becoming more and more obvious,and have been the main engine of national innovation.The party and the government according to the national strategic height,launched the construction of science and technology,innovative enterprises and made the promote policy strategy of which support the enterprise development.The development problem of the technology is becoming more and more attention.The technology SMes which has the light assets,efficient governance,innovative capability,high growth,high risk,high yield,etc characteristics which makes the difference between the normal enterprise and the technology SMEs of financing strategy implementation.The science and technology SMEs in need of financial support that in the start-up period of the transformation achievements,scale development,technology innovation,etc.Due to lack of collateral and less own assets these characteristics of the science and technology SMEs which had caused difficulties in financing and seriously restricted the development.In such a context,the research of the science and technology SMEs enterprise financing in this article which has a certain realistic meaning and reference value.In connection with the definition and characteristics of the science and technology SMEs,it is mainly to analyze the characteristics the science and technology SMEs in the development of the financing strategy in the first stage,according to the enterprise life cycle theory.Taking the financing channels and processes of ZP technology co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to ZP technology co.,LTD is short for ZP)as example,this article focuses on analyzing the problems and external factors existing in financing process of ZP technology company.To solve the financing strategy problems,to make the strategic arrangements and safeguard measures.In this paper,we use the literature research,field research,case analysis,questionnaire,and to collect the various stages of financing in different stages of development.In view of that financial strategy of ZP technology corporation,the financial strategies and arrangement of ZP technology corporation which discussed in terms of the financial strategy of ZP technology corporation,It’s a strategy to use equity to finance internal financing,and to take advantage of the policy to get more funding for the project prepare for the ipo.In order to help ZP technology companies that in the start-up period to solve the financing difficulties,thus also to provide a research sample for other science and technology SMEs.It’s promoting the science and technology SMEs financing to solve.To help the start-up period of ZP technology company financing dilemma.It also provides a research sample and a reference to financing problems for other s&t enterprises.
