After reform and opening up the regulation on rural labor migration gradually relaxed,a large number of rural surplus labor transfer to city, according to statistics,by the end of 2015,to 277.47 million the number of migrant workers in China. This large-scale transfer of rural labor force has greatly changed the resource allocation of grain planting in China and has had an important impact on China's grain production. Therefore,in the context of the decrease in the quantity of food production in the context of the more rapid and obvious transfer of rural labor force, what has happened to the food production efficiency in China? Does the transfer of large quantity of rural labor affect the grain production efficiency of our country? How much impact? What is the difference between different regions? This paper makes a detailed analysis of these aspects. In the context of the in-depth reform of rural areas in China, this paper probes into the impact of rural labor transfer on food production efficiency. Is studied mainly from the following several aspects: first,to our country in 2000-2016 in different parts of the scale of rural labor transfer and transfer structure, and has carried on the statistical analysis of grain production, found the huge scale of rural labor force transfer in our country,a large number of high-quality labor force shifting away from food production priority,in addition, different parts of the food production in China is quite different;Secondly, using the data envelopment technology(DEA)to China's northeastern, eastern, central and western food production efficiency, and on this basis compares the differences of the regional food production efficiency condition, found in northeast China food production efficiency and scale efficiency is the highest; The level of pure technical efficiency of grain production in the eastern region is the highest;Third, using stochastic frontier analysis, selection of Cobb-Douglas function as a stochastic frontier production function, calculates the grain labor input, grain, grain machinery for cultivated land input and grain fertilizer in the affected the grain output for all regions and found that the grain of the labor force increase have a negative effect on grain yield, cultivated land and grain, grain machinery investment and grain fertilizer inputs increase has a positive influence on grain production;Fourthly, the effect of rural labor transfer on China's grain production efficiency isstudied by using data from 31 provinces and cities in China for nearly 17 years, and regional difference analysis is conducted.Found either from the perspective of which the efficiency of grain labor transfer to the central regions of the influence degree of the grain production efficiency is the highest,in the eastern region of the influence degree of the grain production efficiency is the lowest. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some policy Suggestions to improve the efficiency of food production in China.
