In the real estate industry,with the progress of the national society,the improvement of the economic level and the rise of people's quality of life are related to the people's livelihood and the industries related to economic development.However,with the continuous development of the industry and the impact of relevant national policies,the industry has suffered a greater impact,and the competition among enterprises will become more and more.How relevant real estate projects carried out in third-and fourth-tier cities continue to meet customer needs and formulate effective marketing strategies is particularly important.This study takes M project as the research object and conducts research on Huishui real estate project marketing strategy.Through the analysis of the external environment,industrial environment,regional environment,and market supply and demand conditions,the project's strengths and weaknesses,as well as opportunities and challenges faced,are summed up,recommendations are made on its market positioning,and related marketing strategies are further proposed.The paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter describes the research background,significance,research framework and object of the thesis.The second chapter describes the related theories and methods of the research.Chapter three analyzes the external environment of the project from the perspective of macro,industry and region.Chapter four analyzes the supply and demand of the real estate market in HuiShui county.Then in the fifth chapter,it analysis of market positioning of the project to give some suggestions on marketing strategy.The sixth chapter summarizes and analyzes the conclusions of this paper.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The real estate industry is a pillar industry of national economy.It is easily affected by the national regulation policy.Its development has a periodic feature and the inventory pressure of real estate in the third and fourth tier cities is still large;2.Huishui real estate industry also has larger development space.The government are willing to support the real estate industry.From the point of the specific market supply,the current building are mainly distributed in S309 north of highway.From the market demand,the middle-end product demand is bigger;3.The study suggests that M project had better choose focusing strategic.It shoud focus its main customers on S309 township area south of state road and the scope of the old city reconstruction and resettlement of a property.And it can design an 3 rooms 2 hall house which covers an area of 110 m2;4.In the marketing strategy,it is mainly deployed from the aspects of product,price,place and promotion.This paper takes HuiShui project M as an example to do research on marketing strategy of real estate project.It can not only provide practical guidance for project M to carry out the proper marketing,but also provide beneficial reference for real estate enterprises in third and fourth tier cities project.
