| With the gradual popularization and development of the 3G business of the global telecom operators at this stage,the popularity of smart terminal based on mobile phone is gradually increasing.Under the background of the rapid development of the global mobile Internet,the traditional voice and short message and other basic services are facing a huge impact.The functions of the communication service center and the service model have received great challenges.With the change of the environment of the mobile Internet era,the service mode of the communication service provider must be based on the new environment and transformation.In this thesis,the author mainly takes the Beijing telecom customer service center as the research object,analyzes the transformation of Beijing Telecom Customer Service Center Service Internet.This article first through the development of Beijing telecom customer service center and the motivation of the transformation of the system analysis and research,and secondly,the second chapter analysis of the current mobile Internet era of change,on the basis of this analysis,this thesis focuses on the Beijing Telecom Customer Service Center for the original service model is introduced and analyzed,and focus on the artificial service model,independent service model and the existing Internet service model has been analyzed and summarized.In the fouth chapter of this thesis,the author analyzes and studies the mode of promoting the transformation of the Internet in Beijing Telecom,and summarizes several aspects,such as service Internet transformation model,artificial service streaming model and the construction of multimedia intelligent customer service platform.Finally,this thesis analyzes the Beijing Telecom Customer Service Center Service Internet transformation stage results,and puts forward the next step of the development of ideas and development strategies,so as to provide a reference for the Beijing telecom customer service center to provide a certain reference for the transformation of the internet.Based on the existing service model of Beijing telecom customer service center,and at the same time,this thesis puts forward the idea of Beijing telecom customer service center to implement the Internet transformation.Through this research,it can provide some reference for the development of Beijing telecom customer service center in the background of mobile Internet. |
