In the mobile Internet era, commercial banks are facing the challenge of Internet Finance. But at the same time, the mobile Internet technology also brings opportunities for commercial banks. And how should commercial banks respond to the challenge? How to seize the opportunities? These are important issues of commercial banks need to solve in the mobile Internet era.Through the means of literature analysis and case study, the paper explains the impact of traditional commercial bank in the mobile Internet era. And combined with the theory of economics in the Internet channel, the paper demonstrates that it can reduce the cost of commercial bank by using mobile Internet technology. All of those views prove the necessity of commercial banks’ transformation. Beyond that, the paper lists the transformation’s conditions that commercial banks already have. And the paper also analyzed the commercial banks may encounter problems in the transformation and put forward the corresponding solutions. These conclusions provide theoretical support for the commercial banks’ transformation.The paper proves the necessity and feasibility of commercial banks’ transformation in theory and practice aspects, and puts forward the direction suggested of commercial banks’ transformation in the mobile Internet era. Commercial banks should not only use their own advantages, but also should learn the advantages of mobile internet. And commercial banks need find the right path to get better development in the mobile Internet era. The profit modes of commercial banks need to gradually change from the net interest incomes to combine with the intermediate business income. In the aspect of business model, in order to form the sustainable and profitable growth pattern in mobile Internet ear, the commercial bank should use its advantages to expand business scope and market space. And in the aspect of service mode, commercial banks should promote the development of mobile Internet and other new service channel. It’s important to use their own branches’ service advantages, combined with the mobile Internet service channel, to create comprehensive services. In addition, commercial banks can use the mobile Internet to provide personalized and differentiated financial services. That can increase the quality of customer stickiness, and enlarge the number of high quality customer.
