Government Oversupport,Entrepreneurship And The Development Of Enterprises

Industrial policy and government support are important means to promote industrial development。Some studies have proved that government subsidies have positive effects.However,the negative impact has also been supported by academic research and sporadic capital market cases.On the one hand,some studies found that government subsidies are not conducive to long-term performance and growth of enterprises,making the industry overinvestment and overcapacity.On the other hand,new energy vehicles cheats and zombie companies also reflect that the government did not fully achieve its original purpose,but to make enterprises scattered energy to obtain more benefits,and even had an attitude of "government dependency".Therefore,no matter from which point of view,what kind of enterprise behavior and consequences do the industrial policies and the government’s excessive support induce will be a meaningful topic.The existing research has made a certain explanation on the mechanism of the negative impact of government support.But there is less attention to the role of the entrepreneur.Therefore,this paper will study this question from the new perspective of"entrepreneurship".Zhang Weiying put forwardthe view of "against industrial policy and advocating entrepreneurship"..Meanwhile,some related theories have similar points of view.Based on this,this paper will discuss the impact mechanism through the analysis of the typical case of Suntech.The excessive support of government makes entrepreneurship lose gradually,which is manifested by many bad behaviors of enterprises and entrepreneurs,which eventually jeopardize the development of enterprises.
