With the development of mobile Internet technology,the production of consumer lifestyle has undergone great changes,people's life has entered the era of mobile Internet,causes the enterprise the traditional business model can not meet the requirements of customers of the current era,so as to create more value for customers.This requires innovation of the original business model,to meet the current needs of consumers,provide direction for the development of enterprises,and enterprise business model platform is a kind of innovative business model,and gradually become one of the mainstream of the development pattern of background.So what kind of business model is a business model that can meet the needs of consumers in this large number of platform-based enterprises?What kind of business model can create more customer value and bring benefits to the enterprise?Therefore,it is necessary to establish an evaluation standard to evaluate the business model of the current platform type enterprise.The former scholars to evaluate the business model is to focus on the value of the enterprise or partnership enterprise value,but considering the characteristics of the mobile Internet era,consumer demand,business model platform for enterprises should first consider how to meet the demand of customer value,create value for customers,so as to create the value of enterprise benefit.So the research problem of this paper is to evaluate the business model of the platform type enterprise from the perspective of customer value.This paper attempts to evaluate the business mode of platform type enterprise based enterprises from the perspective of customer value by using the theory of spatiotemporal economics,customer value theory,bilateral market theory,business mode and business mode evaluation.Firstly,the related theories were studied by literature.Then,through reviewing the related researches of the past scholars,we finally determined the evaluation system by constructing the evaluation index system.When constructing evaluation index system,this paper focuses on the relevant theoretical basis of evaluation index selection,including customer value divided into two dimensions:time value and spatial value,business mode is divided into four elements,and three level index selection;Secondly,we get 326 questionnaires through the field distribution and network distribution,and use SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 to process data.Finally,combining the theoretical analysis and the empirical analysis,the evaluation index system is empowered and the evaluation system of the business model of the whole platform type enterprise is perfected.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the research perspective of this paper is the time and space value of customers.Compared with the value of business mode based on enterprise value and partner value before,an important viewpoint put forward in this paper is to judge whether a business mode of a platform enterprise has certain competitiveness through customer value.With the improvement of people's living standard,the traditional economic value is no longer the consumer mainstream values,so this time through customer value and customer value to build a space platform enterprise business model evaluation index;Secondly,with elements of business model platform for enterprises to build a bridge for the two level evaluation index.Based on the four factor model is put forward based on the Johnson and Christensen of the business model for platform type enterprises' four elements of innovation,and as the construction of two level indexes,construct eight level two indexes in the customer time value and customer space value.Respectively,time value of the customer value proposition,time value of the key resource,time value of the key process,time value of profit model,space value of customer value proposition,space value of key resources,space value of key process,space value of profit model;Thirdly,this method is used to calculate the index weight by using the method of mathematical statistics according to questionnaires.Through the statistics of the questionnaire data and processing,the path coefficient and factor load are extracted to determine the weight of the index.To a certain extent,factor load and path coefficient is the correlation coefficient between all related variables,which reflects the relative importance,which is consistent with the concept of right.
