Hotel as a labor-intensive industry,human resources is a very important content in its business activities,recruitment is an important way for hotels to obtain high-quality human resources.The form of quality and structure is determined by the recruitment work to ensure the smooth development of the hotel.As a well-known star hotel,Xi'an S Hotel has achieved good results in its continuous business development.However,there are still many deficiencies in the recruitment of staff.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the problem of how to optimize the recruitment scheme of S Hotel and improve the effectiveness of recruitment.Based on the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire,summary and so on,this paper puts forward some suggestions for staff recruitment in S Hotel.In this paper,we find that there are some problems in the recruitment process of the S Hotel: the problems in the recruitment of the staff of the hotel: the short recruitment period,unreasonable planning and process,the lack of in-depth analysis of the post,and the lack of emphasis on the recruitment channels.The interview and evaluation are not scientific,the recruitment team construction is insufficient,the recruitment module information construction is insufficient and so on.This paper takes S hotel as the research object,and establishes the S hotel recruitment process system based on the quality model.On the basis of the design,this paper puts forward five suggestions: perfecting the recruitment process of S Hotel,analyzing the position scientifically,using the recruitment channel extensively,establishing the marketing consciousness of the post,making the interview and evaluation form with scientific staff recruitment.These suggestions were formulated with the aim of improving the effectiveness of recruitment in the light of the actual situation in the S Hotel,and optimized the recruitment process of the hotel.After that,the author puts forward some measures to optimize and implement the staff recruitment scheme of S Hotel,which provides a good foundation for the implementation of the staff recruitment optimization scheme.Through the research on the optimization of S hotel recruitment scheme,it can not only help S hotel to improve the recruitment efficiency,but also provide reference for other hotels in the same industry.In the study and research after the continuous improvement.
