Human resource is the most important resource of enterprise. how to identify talented person, what kind of talents does enterprise really need? These problem not only has perplexed corporate managers,but also always be a research subject of human resources experts. In this paper, we refer some general competency model research results or test method which is mature and certified, to described the method of establishing the enterprise competency model,and to form an operational recruit test system which is suit for this enterprise to select suitable employee.We take marketing manager for example, combined with company's actual situation, proposed the design ideas of recruit test system based on the enterprise competency model, and apply the actual case to analyze the implement effects of system. The simple enterprise competency model establish method and the design of effective recruit test system proposed by this paper provides a new attempt to how can minor enterprise apply competency model into the practice of recruitment.
