Human recruitment is the primary way to acquire excellent talents for an enterprise,therefore,how to attract and retain talents becomes very important for the survival and development of the small-medium-sized firms.Based on the characteristics of talent management and the development of construction and real estate industry,combined with relevant theories and scientific methods,this study concludes that the problems existing in the recruitment of D company are mainly concentrated in the following aspects: the lack of long-term recruitment planning,the complexity of recruitment procedures,the single recruitment channels,the lack of investigation on the competency of candidates,and the lack of investigation The systematic recruitment evaluation and the participation of other departments are not high.The emergence of these problems makes the recruitment work of D company have strong randomness.In the case of increasing employee recruitment demand,the recruitment completion rate is still at the passing line,and the recruitment effect is not ideal.Finally,from the aspects of recruitment planning,channels,processes,selection criteria,personnel training,recruitment evaluation,department communication and other aspects that need to be optimized,this paper puts forward a series of optimization suggestions and Countermeasures for employee recruitment problems,trying to unify personal development goals and enterprise development goals,forming a strong braking force and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises in the competition.In order to achieve this goal,we need to complete the system design and reform from the concept to the practice level.
