Empirical Research Quality Model Based On The Hotel Staff Recruitment

Nowadays，with the high-speed development of knowledge and technology,human resource plays an increasingly important role in the sustainabledevelopment of the organization, and it has become a key factor of the enterpriseto survive and develop in a competitive environment. In order to better achievethe effective allocation of talent and positions, to play their greatest advantage,enterprises constantly follow and explore specific management standards of thehuman resource. The quality of the model theory has been proposed and it isperfect just to satisfy the need for effective human resource management.This article was on the basis of theoretical research about the quality modelat home and abroad, employing recruitment theory and quality model theory.And this article tried to apply the quality model theory to the hotel staffrecruitment about YZ Hotel in Jinan. Above all, this article introduced the basicsituation and the organizational structure of the hotel, the human resourcessituation of the hotel, the staff recruitment status quo, problems andcountermeasures to be taken. Secondly, this article applied the quality model tothe middle managers recruitment status quo of the hotel, realizing the effectivecombination of theory and practice. In addition to, this article elaborated hotelstaff recruitment system based on the quality model. Finally, this article summedthe quality model of the middle managers of YZ hotel in Jinan, includinginnovation, execution communication ability, resilience, teamwork, informationmanagement, customer satisfaction and a sense of responsibility. This articleemployed the specific hotel instance, hoping to play a certain role inenlightening the other hotels in the staff recruitment link.
