Performance appraisal is an important part of human resources management,effective performance appraisal system can significantly improve employee productivity,which is very important to achieve a way of corporate strategy.After entering the new century,the consumer's growing economic strength and the changes in consumption concept for the development of the automotive service industry provides an excellent opportunity.However,for private enterprises Company B,who's management philosophy is so old,traditional and backward middle managers performance appraisal system is affecting their opportunity.In this background,exploring effective strategies to solve current problems of the performance appraisal system is an effective way to get long-term development of Company B.In this paper,B Company middle managers performance appraisal system is considered as the research object;The paper is based on learning and research on literature of performance appraisal and middle management;It is found that there are many problems,such as lack of strategic and systematic,as well as indicators untargeted on the current performance appraisal system in Company B.To solve it,the reasons are analyzed in combination with of the performance appraisal theory,key performance indicators(KPI),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and 360-degree assessment method are used,performance appraisal system of the B Company middle managers are Optimum designed ultimately.Furthermore,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization system,the paper proposes the improvement of the treasure and incentive mechanism of the senior management,as well as the improvement of the corporate culture and other incentives to strengthen a series of safeguards.Finally,the paper summarizes the shortcomings and prospects for future research paths of research.It is hoped that middle managers working enthusiasm and initiative will be improved,and favorable support are provided to seize the opportunity and achieve business objectives for Company B through the optimization of this middle managers performance appraisal system.Meanwhile,references is expected to be provided for the similar private enterprises.
