Research On Countermeasures For Industrial Towns To Create Characteristic Towns

In the current process of China’s new urbanization,the construction of characteristic towns is becoming an emerging wave.The "multi-flowering" of characteristic towns also brings opportunities and challenges for new-type urbanization and helps the development and promotion of the characteristic resources of the town.Many small towns are undergoing a positive transformation under this wave of waves.However,there are often many problems in this transition.For example,multiple featured towns under construction or already built have the same homogenization problems in industries and are hard to truly form a competitive edge.At the same time,many characteristic towns that originally focused on industry still adopt the governance model of industrial parks,And the characteristics of the town should go the opposite path.To this end,this article focuses on the situation of creating characteristic towns and focuses on the process of creating a characteristic town in a type of light industrial town.First of all,this article elaborates the definition and related basic concepts of "industrial town" and "characteristic town",and describes some basic theories applied in the article.Secondly,this paper points out the status quo and predicament of creating characteristic towns in our country’s industrial towns,such as the lack of urban functions.Then,this paper explains the practical exploration of finding a characteristic town in industrial town of China by way of illustration and explores the reason,including the successful experience of creating characteristic town in industrial town and some lessons of creating failure.Finally,this paper carries on the empirical analysis with the example of the townships in the town of Chengkou,Wudi County,Shandong Province.The article pointed out that Chengkou town does not yet have the level of provincial-level townships in Shandong should be.Specifically,there are issues such as poor infrastructure construction,serious environmental problems and unclear industrial features in Chengkou Town.Through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper gives some countermeasures,such as attaching importance to pollution treatment,eliminating similarities in the region and outside the industry and choosing salt industry as the leading industry,pointing out that the region should vigorously develop and construct with the support of relevant provincial policies Salt industry characteristics of industry groups,to build salt industry characteristics town.This article summarizes the status quo and problems faced by a type of industrial town to create a characteristic town.Under the premise of the analysis,it points out some solutions to the problems and the means of governance.It has a certain function of relieving and correcting the phenomena of homogeneity in the present characteristic town,and analyzes the examples.The town has a positive meaning.
