Research On Industrial Development Of Wuhan Characteristic Towns

With the diversified development of China's economy,society and urban and rural areas,it is imminent for the new rural construction to enter a new stage of transformation.On the one hand,due to the continuous development of China's economy,the original advantages of cheap labor,idle land,low-cost resources and other development advantages disappear,it is urgent to solve the problem of industrial transformation difficult to upgrade slowly;on the other hand,the development bottlenecks faced by large cities are difficult to break through,while the hollowing phenomenon of rural development in China is serious,and urban-rural integration is developing.The exhibition has become the best solution to the problem of urban-rural polarization under the shadow of bottleneck confinement and hollowing.It is also in this context that the concept of characteristic towns has appeared frequently in the public's vision with the continuous development of practice,followed by a number of characteristic towns with characteristic industries and cultural landscape,such as the ancient town of Lijiang with ethnic minorities' flavor,the ancient town of Wuyuan in Jiangnan with Hui-style architecture as the symbol,and the hot spring in Yuexi,known as the tender hometown for the aged.Small towns,Pan'an Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Town,which is dominated by the historical classical industries of Chinese medicinal materials,and Dinghai Ocean Fishery Town,which is based on "ocean fishing" and "fishing culture",etc.With the wide dissemination of the concept of urban-rural integration development and the constant attempt and even maturity of the model of characteristic towns,characteristic towns are not only an important force in the development of new urbanization in China,but also shoulder the mission of rural revitalization.Based on the case study of the characteristic towns in China,this paper demonstrates that the scientific industrial development model of the characteristic towns has a direct promoting effect on the regional economic development,analyses the concept of industrial planning and industrial development status of the characteristic towns in China,and expounds the relationship between the industrial development planning of the characteristic towns and the regional economic competitiveness through exploring and researching the operation model of the characteristic industries.t,and analyses the problems in the industrial development of Characteristic Towns in Wuhan,such as the insufficient obvious industrial characteristics,the insufficient solid foundation of industrial development and the imperfect industrial supervision and guarantee system,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
