In recent years,with the large population and the improvement of people's living standards,bringing post-natal care industry development,and consumer's attitudes change makes the market development space is very large.Causing some housekeeping companies and private hospitals have begun to extend the service to post-natal care industry,the Chain store of post-natal care club with professional services and competition also participate in competition.In order to achieve the steady development of the company in this competition,this paper takes Jinan Jinyuehui post-natal care club as an example,and takes Jinan as Market-based research.First of all,this paper analyzes the similar industries in order to solve some difficult problem problem,and learns about the competitive strategy theory system and the competitive strategy analysis tools,including the Porter's five-force competition theory and SWOT analysis theory;the Potter competition theory is applied to the analysis of the Ji'nan market in service industry based on the enormous potential post-natal care market,Jinan Jinyuehui post-natal care club can use their own advantages,establish competitive strategy for the stable development of the company..Then,it is necessary to analyze the internal environment of Jinan Jinyuehui post-natal care club,integrate the advantageous resources of the company,find out the main value of the company,and increase the sales amount of the company.Based on the internal analysis,the SWOT analysis theory are applied to the strategic analysis.the strategy of the brand strategy,the cooperative strategy and the promotion mode are established according to the competition strategy formulated by the company.Finally,the company focused on the future development,with competitive strategy as the center,the development of implementation of the company's organizational safeguards,construction work system and responsibility.Post-natal care club as a new industry in the future will be rapid development.This paper analyzes and discusses the competition strategy of Jinyuehui post-natal care club,and provides some ideas for the development of Jinyuehui post-natal care club.Therefore,the research of this paper has certain practical significance.In addition,because of my shallow knowledge,there are some shortcomings in the text.
