As one of the fastest growing industries in the third industry,the development of China's catering industry is particularly striking.In the background of fierce competition in the industry,the turnover of employees has become a major obstacle to the development of enterprises.In this regard,catering enterprises first need to do well in staff management,especially the improvement of employee loyalty.Considering that performance management is an important factor affecting employee loyalty,this paper selects a more representative enterprise in the fast food industry,real Kungfu catering,and analyzes the problem of employee loyalty from the perspective of performance management.At the same time,the results of theoretical analysis and literature review show that the impact of performance management on employee loyalty is often achieved through emotional commitment.Therefore,this paper takes the emotional commitment as the intermediary index of performance management and employee loyalty in the analysis.Specifically,this paper uses literature analysis,theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the problem of true Kung Fu employee loyalty in the perspective of performance management.First,based on the related theories and literature review,we design questionnaires to get data about employee loyalty,and then analyze the status quo of loyalty of real Kung Fu employees in detail.Then,based on certain assumptions,we use regression analysis to analyze the influence of real Kung Fu performance management on employees' affective commitment and the influence of employees' affective commitment on employee loyalty.Finally,in order to improve the loyalty of real staff,this paper also builds a performance management mode.Through this study,on the one hand,we can improve the theory of employee loyalty,and on the other hand,we can get the path to enhance the loyalty of real Kung Fu workers,so as to further promote the development of real skills.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are obtained.First,Xiamen City Kung Fu employee loyalty overall is low.There are also significant differences in loyalty between employees of different sex,age,education and working years.Among them,women,older,relatively low education and longer working years are relatively high loyalty.Second,real Kung Fu performance management has a significant positive impact on employee emotional commitment.Employees' affective commitment also affects employee loyalty,and it can be seen that emotional commitment plays an intermediary role between performance management and employee loyalty.And employee loyalty can be divided into two aspects:employee's behavior loyalty and employee attitude loyalty.The results of empirical analysis show that affective commitment has a greater impact on employee attitude and loyalty.Therefore,in Xiamen,we should pay more attention to the improvement of attitude loyalty when improving employee loyalty.Third,because performance management can indirectly enhance employee loyalty,therefore,it is necessary to improve performance management system from four aspects:performance management,salary management,promotion management and training management in the development process of Xiamen real skills.First of all,the real Kung Fu should carry out the job skill wage system,give full play to the incentive effect of the salary,and improve the existing welfare system.Secondly,we should pay attention to the fairness of the internal performance appraisal,choose the appropriate internal performance appraisal method and the appropriate time for internal performance assessment,and timely feedback the assessment results to the employees.Again,real effort should also be given to the employee a promotion,and do award.Finally,we should do well the pre job training for employees,strengthen the training of on-the-job employees,provide more opportunities for further education for employees,and also help employees make career planning.
