Research On The Countermeasures Of Modern Agriculture Development In China Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Modern agriculture is a trend and goal of agricultural development in China.In order to achieve this goal,China has been making various efforts since the founding of New China,especially after the reform and opening-up,China's modern agricultural development goes into a new stage by the implementation of household contract responsibility system.Reports of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was the first to propose the strategy of rural revitalization,and we must prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas.To build rural areas with thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,social etiquette and civility,effective governance,and prosperity,we need to speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Agriculture has become a pioneering industry,and brought historic opportunities to the development of modern agriculture.Therefore,this paper has a certain practical significance to study the countermeasures of China's modern agricultural development under the background of rural revitalization strategy.The paper analyzes the rural revitalization strategy and the development of modern agriculture,and it examines the practices of modern agricultural development in Japan,Netherlands,Brazil,the United States and other representative regions such as Taiwan,Paris.It focuses on the experience of modern agricultural development in rural economic prosperity and urban-rural integration.Finally,it is concluded that the rural revitalization of urban,rural integration and the development of modern agriculture are inseparable.On this basis,the paper focuses on examining the development of modern agriculture since the founding of New China,analyzing its stagecharacteristics,major achievements and major problems.This paper explores the historic opportunities for the development of modern agriculture in response to how to accelerate the development of the agricultural modernization in the rural revitalization strategy,and it points out that the adaptive adjustment of modern agriculture is in keeping with the times.Finally,several countermeasures should be taken with the rapid,healthy and sustainable development of modern agriculture in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.
