The real estate industry is the pillar of China's national economy,and the real estate industry has a direct impact on the development of the national economy.In the current big environment,the real estate industry is fiercely competitive,the market environment is bad,the government control is strict,the real estate industry has the characteristics of high debt and long investment cycle.The possibility of financial risk is higher than that of other industries.Once the financial risk,will be a fatal blow to the enterprise,companies need to risk financial risk observed in all aspects of daily business activities,prevention of financial risk measures in advance,the possibility of financial risk will be reduced to a minimum,for the enterprise sustainable development and lay a good foundation.Taking CH real estate group as the research object,this paper aims to identify its possible financial risks and find out solutions for them,which is of great significance for the stable and sustainable development of CH real estate group.Through consulting a large number of relevant literature,learning from predecessors' theoretical knowledge of financial risk early-warning model and preventing financial risk measures,we have laid a solid theoretical foundation for the completion of this paper.This paper mainly uses case analysis,literature review and statistical analysis to analyze the financial situation of CH real estate group.The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad about the financial risk,research contents and research methods;the second chapter mainly introduces some theories and characteristics of the real estate industry,such as financial risk connotation;the third chapter,the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter is the main content of this article,the third chapter introduces the status quo and cash flow CH real estate group in general,2014-2016 years of financial data and financial data of listed real estate companies ST normal real estate listed companies as a sample,analysis of financial indicators to construct the comprehensivescoring model using principal component evaluation,the comprehensive score of financial CH real estate group;the fourth chapter analyzes the index of all aspects of real estate financing activities,CH investment activities,business activities and financial and industry average contrast,analysis of the existing CH group of real estate financial risk The fifth chapter,aiming at the financial risks discovered in the fourth chapter,puts forward the measures to diversify investment,reasonably control the ratio of financial leverage,and cooperate with the development of new era.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text.Through the financial risk comprehensive evaluation index set up in this paper,we find that CH real estate group has greater possibility of financial risk,and the comprehensive evaluation index of financial risk can also be used to evaluate its location in the real estate market.
