Nowadays China has become a big country mergers and acquisitions,academia and industry for mergers and acquisitions also give a lot of attention,but the economic benefits of Chinese companies after the merger obtained is unsatisfactory,a large part of conducting business after the merger,business performance not only did not rise,but declined the case.The reason why this happens,on the one hand because the companies did not stand in the level of development of strategic mergers and acquisitions for implementation,on the other hand is more serious mixing mergence.So this paper standing strategic level,the main problems that currently exist in China M&A integration process,in order to Ruyuan A mergers and acquisitions integration activities as an actual case,A milk-derived by integrating internal and external environment of M&S's analysis of M&a integration Ruyuan S's integration strategy to be discussed and put forward a company integrated strategic policy recommendations on this basis.To provide inspiration for the company's M&A Ruyuan integration strategy at the same time,provide a reference for Chinese enterprises and Ruyuan A similar size,similar to the industrial nature of the business decision to implement the current merger integration.
