At present,a new round of industrial revolution is emerging,the development of global science and technology has entered an era of intellectualization,and the innovative development strategy has been promoted by various countries as a magic weapon to improve overall national strength.Our country economic society are rising rapidly.Innovation from the five big development idea came in the first place,to the 19th national congress innovation as a strategic support,to speed up the construction of an innovative country,which embody the core position of innovation.In the past,innovation has brought us great achievements and achievements,and the future is still the beacon guiding us forward.Therefore,innovation is the inevitable choice to realize the Chinese dream and complete the transition from "made in China" to "wisdom in China" and "create in China".In such an innovation boom,everyone can innovate and everything needs to be innovated.In nearly a decade,the ever-changing Internet companies from the quantity and quality by leaps and bounds,continuously produce new concepts and new formats,the development of the future is inseparable from the Internet tools.The combination of the Internet and all walks of life produce model of the development of emerging Internet ? agriculture,? services ? manufacturing,prompted the Internet companies rapidly increase,the number of involved scope expands unceasingly,the service quality is higher and higher.Chinese Internet companies representing Alibaba group,Tencent and Baidu have also moved to the international market,facing both opportunities and challenges.Throughout the global competition and the complex international environment,from the government to the industry and enterprise,for a richer understanding of innovation in the field of Internet,quietly turned into a problem in the development of innovation ecosystem.Therefore,it has aroused great concern about the role of innovation in the development of Internet enterprises.Is there a common pattern or an innovative ecosystem conducive to external learning?If we can find out the mechanism and connection,it will have some reference and guiding significance for the future development of Internet enterprises.But from the current study,most of the studies of innovation ecosystem is focused on the theoretical description or a single case study,and not strong evidence of innovation and development in the role of the system,and basically no innovation ecosystem and micro level of the combination of Internet companies,which on the one hand,there are blank.Innovative talents,innovative resources,and innovative modes have contributed to the development of enterprises,and they need to find the basis and support in theory to form connections and systems.Based on this,this paper first established the research idea,namely the Internet enterprise innovation ecosystem operation and evaluation as the main analysis content.Secondly,in combination with their research direction,and relying on the graduate student stage mentor to participate in projects.Improve the mechanism of the market orientation of technology innovation research.To grasp the direction of the innovation,reference and review of previous academic research and Internet enterprise development report,innovative enterprise development report,etc.Operation included in the theoretical framework,characteristics,elements of innovation ecosystem,motivation,environment,the mechanism and efficiency,focus on mechanism and efficiency of part,take the market as the dynamic to grasp the direction of the enterprise innovation and possible,promote innovation efficiency.Evaluation study selected 40 Internet companies as the research object,exploratory factor analysis method adopted for innovation ecosystem health evaluation on the whole,at the same time try to use DEA method to describe innovation efficiency.Finally,taking Alibaba group as a typical case study,this paper deeply analyzes the dynamic layout of its innovation and development.Based on the theoretical and empirical research,this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.Enterprise innovation ecosystem is a process of constantly improve the sustainable development,the construction of system for key influences on the innovation capability and competitiveness,so you need to pay attention to the construction of enterprise innovation ecosystem,the core competence of the Angle of system to explore.Second,to achieve strategic alliance with high-quality enterprises to form synergy and develop.Then combine the existing market characteristics,focus on the user dynamics,and use big data to do user management work.Finally,we need to create a good culture atmosphere,select and cultivate innovative talents,not only education,age,professional respect knowledge,respect for talents,etc.
