The innovation ability and a steady stream of energy of pharmaceutical enterprise mainly come from whether it recruits suitable personnel.Theresearchers are the guarantee for enterprises continue to grow to exist in the market.Therefore,recruiting suitable researchers is especially important for its business pharmaceutical company mainly develops traditional Chinese medicine.As the company attaches importance to the research and development of Chinese medicine,which brings great challenges to the human resources department.There are some unscientific problems in the recruitment process ofresearchers' personnel,which seriously restrict the development of new drug research projects.The existing recruitment system cannot meet the human resource needs of B pharmaceutical enterprises.There are many problems in the recruitment plan.such as making the plan without according to the development and change of the company,receiving little effective information,single interview and so on.In this paper,through literature research and interview method to optimize the recruitment plan,including appropriate hiring plan,setting up efficient recruitment team,looking for the right recruitment channels,re engineering recruitment process.In order to carry out the recruitment plan successfully,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures such as system guarantee,personnel guarantee and capital guarantee.
