The recruitment work as the basis of human resource management,is the key link of human resources management.In order to improve the competitiveness,expand the scale and increase the value of enterprise,all of enterprises try the best to improve the effectiveness of recruitment and hire good employees.At the same time,reasonable recruitment can reduce the operating costs of enterprises and promote the healthy development of enterprises.When the managers realize the importance of the recruitment work,they pay more and more attention to the management of recruitment.As a reasonable recruitment plan,the requirements for talents need to be analyzed in detail,and a scientific and feasible method for recruitment should be designed.Morever,a optimize recruitment process,including recruitment channels,recruitment,personnel recruitment and distribution,should be provided so as to match the strategic planning with the business personnel according to the production plan.In this paper,the human resource management of Harbin Letai Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.in the recruitment work is taken as an example.The thought works as posing problems,analyzing problems and solving the problems.It is discovered that there exist some problems containing the unprofessional recruitment team,bad quality and effectiveness.After looking up the data and analyzing the discovered problems by arranging the questionnaire survey of employees,it is concluded that enterprise culture,recruitment team,salary system,recruitment channel and process etc..is the main factor.With the development of enterprises,the collision with the enterprise development will occure if the old system is continued to use.In order to solve the problems existing in the recruitment,a variety of analysis methods,based on theoretical knowledge of recruitment management and process,is used to evaluate,improve and optimize the relevant systems from the perspective of enterprise current situation.Meanwhile,the safeguard measures are designed,which guarantees the improved and optimized recruitment system.
