Based on cross-border economic cooperation zone cooperative governance as the research object,and supported by the theory of collaborative governance,reference successful cross-border economic cooperation zone construction experience at home and abroad for reference,the successful example,from the theory of public management discipline "collaborative governance" perspective,based on classical cooperative governance model--SFIC model analysis framework,and combining with the construction of yunnan province to participate in three cross-border economic cooperation zone-Laos boten-butyl-old street,in the estuary,the sino-burmese ruili-Muse advances three cross-border economic cooperation zone construction present situation,the use of yunnan and Vietnam,Laos and myanmar in 2017 economic exchanges and trade data,build the construction closely degree index system of economic and trade exchanges,identify the reasons for restricting to participate in the construction of the three proposed cross-border economic cooperation zone should strengthen coordination initial conditions,strengthen the central government catalytic leadership,innovation synergy system design,optimize the collaborative process,perfect coordinated supervision,give full play to the government,market and the third party and their respective advantages to realize the free flow of factors of production,promote the healthy development of the trade.In order to better participate in province,we will promote the economic realization of cross-border economic cooperation zone to provide decision-making reference for the leapfrog development.
