With the advent of the era of economic globalization,Vietnam's economic environment has also begun to enter a stage of transformation with the situation.In the face of reform and being gradually more open,while paying attention to economic development,it has gradually moved from practicing to modernization and entered the world economy.In view of the current macro situation,we are well aware of the extent to which the economic development of small and medium-sized enterprises affects the overall level of the economy of Vietnam.Therefore,no matter what the scale of enterprises must be and what the core of enterprise competition,the human resources hold the survival,development and success of an enterprise.Staff recruitment and recruitment of talents in the enterprise's human resources are extremely concerned about the strange sentence.As soon as the small and medium-sized enterprises can have stable human resources,they are able to find suitable outstanding talents and improve corporate efficiency.Many small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam have not paid attention to staff recruitment so there are many problems in the recruitment.As a result,the companies have not achieved the desired results.First,based on the relevant literature and theory,this paper summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign enterprise recruitments,and puts forward the research background and significance of the paper,as well as the research ideas and methods.Second,this paper defines the three concepts of Business Enterprise,human resources and recruitment,and studies the theoretical basis of employee recruitment.Thirdly,this paper studies the current situation of the recruitment of Business Enterprise in Vietnam.The status quo of the recruitment plan of Business Enterprise in Vietnam,the status of recruitment and implementation of Business Enterprise in Vietnam,and the factors affecting the recruitment of Business Enterprise in Vietnam are also taken as examples.At present,Hong he Printing Company is one of the most famous small and medium enterprises in Vietnam.Based on the actual situation of Hong He Printing Company,the research on the natural situation of Hong he Printing Company wascarried out.The current situation of the recruitment work of Hong he Printing Company was tracked and analyzed,and the problems of the current recruitment of Vietnam Red River Printing Company were summarized.Fourth,according to the problems found in the recruitment of employees,the countermeasures for effective improvement of recruitment of Business Enterprise in Vietnam were proposed;such as human resource planning,expanding channels and methods of recruitment,training new employees,and reducing the number of employees.Other aspects of analysis included the turnover rate,the work analysis,and the matching of people and posts.Through the research of the thesis,we drew a conclusions and highlighted all important details of the recruitment of Business Enterprise in Vietnam.I hope that the results of this paper can have a high theoretical and event reference value for the recruitment of Business Enterprise in Vietnam.
