| The idea of "energy greenization" follows the concept of Ecological civilization.The use of non-clean energy sources has exerted great pressure on the Eco-environment,therefore,strengthening the protection of the ecological environment has increasingly evolved into a key task for the government in all parts of China.As the only national green economy experimental demonstration area,Pu’er City is actively exploring green development methods in various fields.It is especially important and necessary to realize the standardized and precise management of energy-use.For a long time,China’s catering industry has problems such as large energy consumption and widespread use of non-clean energy.With the rapid development of catering industry,the issue of energy-use has been gradually attracted by all sectors of society.However,regulating use of energy in catering industry is still relatively weak in reality.Standards,as an important means of effective supervision of social activities by government departments,are mandatory,uniform and applicable.It is a new research topic to explore the evaluation standard of energy greenization in catering industry in pu’er,which has both theoretical and practical value.Carrying out the research based on the concept of “energy greenization”,under the guidance of energy management system theories and standard programming theory.It needs to conduct field research to master the catering industry energy-use This paper define the terms and concepts such as energy greenization and classification applicable in catering industry in pu’er city,and to analysis and demonstration to determine the assessment indicators,requirements and methods of energy greenization in catering industry in pu ’er.After completing the empirical research,this paper summarizes the research methods,research contents and basic concepts of the evaluation standard of energy greenization in catering industry from the perspective of theory.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Coal,carbon and wood are still commonly used in the catering energy in Pu’er,especially in rural areas.The energy greenization in catering industry is mainly reflected in the use of hydropower to replace non-clean energy-use and energy conservation.In order to clarify various types of catering energy features and key links of energy-use,when investigating the level of energy greenization,the catering industry should be classified according to local characteristics,and each link of catering service should be refined.(2)As the research output,the "standard" belongs to the local standard,which belongs to the norm too,and is named as "Evaluation criteria of energy greenization in the catering industry in Pu’er".(3)Basic research should be carried out in drafting similar standards in different regions: the specific meaning of the concept needs to be clarified at first,and the classification of catering and the service links needs to be divided in the next.Then,after determining the evaluation index in theory,it should return to the reality for verification.Finally,the framework of "standards" is adopted as the basis for the formulation and promulgation of formal standards,and it is also convenient for relevant departments to examine the elements of "standards".(4)The number of catering enterprises is large,the type is complex,the change is big,and the energy consumption is dispersed and difficult to statistics.The proportion of non-clean energy should not be used as the assessment indicators.which must be realistic and measurable.With the improvement of the level of energy greenization,"Evaluation criteria of energy greenization in the catering industry in Pu’er" needs to be constantly revised and improved. |
