Reserch On Transformation And Optimization Of China's Energy Industry Development

Energy is the basic material in modern society which people need to survive,energy industry is the basic industry of national economic development. After years of development of China's energy industry, the structure of energy supply optimize constantly, energy industrial system has been formed preliminary. But in the course of its development, there are still many problems, the problem of energy has become the bottlenecks and key which restrict China's economic sustainable development and ensure that residents have a good ecological environment. Therefore, the study of the transformation and optimization of China's energy industry has important practical significance, on the one hand it has a positive role in promoting the sustainable development of economic and social,on the other hand it's beneficial to change the serious situation of environmental pollution and destruction.This article's basic point are the theory of low carbon economic,the theory of sustainable development,the theory of competitive advantage and other relevant economic theory,and the research literature that domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the development of the energy industry. First of all, from the Present situation of China's energy development starting,this article analyzes China's energy structure, the characteristics of the present situation and development of China's energy industry including coal, oil, natural gas, hydroelectric, nuclear, wind, solar. And this article pointed out the problems in the energy industry development, there are imbalance in the energy supply, excessive dependence on foreign oil and natural gas,low energy efficiency, resulting in deterioration of the ecological environment and so on.Secondly, this article draw enlightenment through the United States, Japan, EU energy industry development experience: focus on the development of energy industry in energy conservation, development of new energy industry, focusing on environmental protection, focus on technological innovation of energy industry and promote international cooperation. Thirdly, on the transformation and optimization of industrial development of China's energy made possible responses: Firstly, adhere to energy priority development strategy; Secondly, adhere to the development strategy of diversification of energy sources; Thirdly, pay attention to develop low carbon economy;fourth is to build energy technology innovation system; Fifth, adhere to governmentunder the guidance of the energy market reform; six full use of energy diplomacy,ensuring energy security.
