The competition in the pharmaceutical market is becoming more and more fierce.The competitive advantage of pharmaceutical enterprises in the market depends largely on the ability of the frontline medical representatives.So it is the most important task for the pharmaceutical enterprises to maximize the enthusiasm and creativity of the medical representatives.Therefore,it is very important for pharmaceutical enterprises to have a perfect,scientific and reasonable incentive plan for medical representatives.This paper,taking incentive theory as the theoretical basis for improving the incentive problem of medical representatives,makes an in-depth exploration and Analysis on the incentive status of VH company's medical representatives,and finds that the incentive system of VH company has four incentive problems in the salary system,KPI,training and career development,promotion and so on.It has a great advantage in the achievement and the incentive of enterprise culture.Combined with the reality of VH company,under the guidance of the five principles of system principle and fairness principle,the existing incentive plan is improved.Open and transparent compensation system,improve existing fixed salary,KPI operation platform VEEVA construction,the training and career development of medical representatives,promotion system,promotion standards clear,achievement incentive and enterprise culture incentive continue to inherit,is the key measures to improve the key indicators of the medical representative of VH company.The research on the incentive and improvement of VH company not only enriches the research on the incentive theory of Chinese medical representatives(especially the pharmaceutical representatives of transnational pharmaceutical enterprises),but also widens the application of incentive theory to the practical road.It has very important practical significance.By stimulating the problems and advantages of VH company's medical representatives,the incentive needs of VH representatives are clear.It is of great practical significance to improve and promote the management and development of VH company to improve and improve the incentive system of VH company's medical representatives.In China,many multinational pharmaceutical enterprises have the same dilemma.Therefore,the research presented in this paper can also provide some reference value for these pharmaceutical enterprises.
