Research On The Impact Of Technical Trade Barriers On My Country's Agricultural Export Trade Under The Background Of "One Belt One Road"

40 years since the reform and opening up,our country quicken the steps of foreign trade,has joined the world trade organization in 2001 and China-asean free trade area in 2010,which showed the active momentum of development.“The Belt and Road” initiative offers many opportunities for Chinese enterprises to develop export trade in 2013.As a major agricultural production country,China has gradually emerged from the production mode of small-scale peasant economy in the process of socialist modernization,and achieved a new record of annual income.However,with varieties of production and the expansion of trade scale,trade protectionism in developed countries quickly spread around the world,especially in the us subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the weakening global economy,it depressed the increase of agricultural trade high-speed development momentum.China's agricultural imports and exports have a huge trade deficit until the financial crisis in 2012.The vision of the silk economic corridor linking the two lines of the sea and land has connected the trade relations between Asia and Europe and brought the development of agricultural cooperation to a new high.However,due to the differences in the culture and factor endowment and the influence of the world political pattern,the import and export demand of agricultural products is uneven.Along the countries in order to balance its trade development,to protect domestic industry and the animal and plant safety,have upgraded the technical trade barriers,increase is more of a production process,the requirements of technical equipment and personnel training,etc,and the spread of the phenomenon of great trend in recent years.Therefore,in order to respond to a nation of "the Belt and Road" along the trade development of policy expectations,TBT and SPS effect of agricultural exports,in order to dissolve the countries along the trust risk of China's agricultural products trade,achieving mutual benefit and exchange and cooperation and win-win,it will be one of the most important things in the development of trade along the top priority in the future.Based on this,this article through combing the domestic and foreign related literature research,summarizes the definition and characteristics of the content of the technical barriers to trade,and discusses the related theory research achievements from the gap between the premise theory,game theory model,and the Angle of economic effect.Secondly,according to the trade situation between China and the countries along the Belt and Road,it is divided into six regions and the distribution of the export status of agricultural products and the implementation of technical trade measures respectively.And combining with the influence factors of technical barriers to trade and China's different regions and countries in the agricultural product trade competitive and complementary to each other under different projects,choosing the larger sample countries and trade potential variables in the empirical analysis,according to previous research conclusion put forward hypothesis,obtained by empirical evidence is consistent with the conclusion.Finally,reference to the empirical results,combined with the actual situation,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,planning to the development of China's government and enterprises to evade trade risk,improve the quality of trade output indicates the development of more realistic path.
