By conducted a survey of275users with mobile payment experience, the paper used the structural equation model and confirmatory factor analysis to obtain the relationship between influencing factors that affect the continuous use intention of China’s mobile payment users. The following useful conclusions are acquired:Use context has a positive influence on performance expectancy and effort expectancy and also has an indirect influence on continuous use intention via the two factors; Performance expectations, perceived risk and social influence has the positive effect on the use intention to accept or continued use mobile payment; Effort expectancy has a direct influence on acceptation use intention but has an indirect influence on continuous use intention. The contributions lay on:Creatively makes up the short of traditional technology acceptance model explanatory by using the theory of UTAUT, Perceived Risk Theory, Context Theory and Satisfaction Theory; Obtains some regularly conclusions with compared the factors of continuous use intention and acceptation intention; Puts forward some reasonable proposals on the development of mobile payment. For example the mobile payment service providers should use the mobile internet to strengthen users’communication and enhance the positive evaluation and the social influence of the mobile payment.
