Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneur's Network And Start-up's Network And Its Influencing Factors

In recent years,inspired by Prime Minister Li Keqiang's concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",innovations in various fields of our society and economy continue to emerge such as shared economy,new retail,blockchain and internet of things.There are many entrepreneurial activities has appeared in all walks of life.In such an environment,relevant fields such as innovation,entrepreneurship have naturally become the focus of attention and research in the Chinese academic community.There have been some vacancies or deficiencies in previous studies on entrepreneurial networks after reading the relevant literature.This paper tries to make an exploratory study of the relationship between entrepreneur's network and start-up's network.This paper proposes a preliminary forecasting model based on the literature review,then interviewing with company founders from nine different start-ups like the Break Fat by a multi-case study method based on grounded theory using multi-case grounded theory research methods.Then this article exploratory research around issues as the evolution of the entrepreneurs' network and start-ups' network,and relationship between entrepreneur's network and start-up's network.The main conclusions:(1)Entrepreneur relationship network presents a breeding pattern in the preparation stage,and an economic pattern in the development stage,and a development pattern in the stage of strategy realization.(2)The Start-up's Network has been established at the stage of enterprise development,and it developed a vertical divergent evolution in the industry chain firstly,then a horizontally divergent evolution took place.(3)The Relationship between Entrepreneur's Network and Start-up's Network is a gestational relationship in the preparation stage,and a resource recursive relation in the development stage,then symbiotic relationship or divestiture relationship in the stage of strategy realization.This study combines the current emerging business environment to enrich the entrepreneurial success theory,deepens the research on the evolution of the relationship network combining with China's situation.Additionally,this study has guiding significance for the construction of organizational structure of start-ups at all stages of entrepreneurship,and provides relevant suggestions to create,develop and enrich the relationship network at all stages of entrepreneurship for entrepreneurs.
