At the moment,we are entering an era of global entrepreneurship,where about 1/3 of the entrepreneurs have gained experience from at least two different enterprises.Continuous entrepreneurs have more abundant entrepreneurial experience,and may accumulate abundant resources in the previous entrepreneurial process.So that they can exhibit unique behaviors in entrepreneurial activities,and may even bring different performance.This paper studies the relationship between social network relationship and serial entrepreneur,and explores the factors affecting the growth of continuous entrepreneurs.This article is divided into the following five parts:Introduction.This part mainly introduces the background of the full text,and introduces the research significance from two aspects: theoretical significance and practical significance.At the same time,it reviews and reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' research,and summarizes the research contents and research methods of the full text.Theoretical basis.A brief summary is made on the definition of "guanxi",social network relationship and the growth of continuous entrepreneurs in China.It also collated the theory of social network relations at home and abroad and the evaluation method of serial entrepreneur growth.According to the research of relevant scholars,this paper identify the influencing factors of serial entrepreneur growth from three aspects: social network relationship intensity,relationship structure and relationship function,and put forward relevant hypotheses.Design of questionnaire and research design.Based on the social network relationship and the theory of the growth of serial entrepreneurs,the questionnaire variable measurement scale is designed.Finally,the questionnaire is distributed and recycled in the selected area.Empirical research and analysis.This paper chooses social network relationship intensity,relationship structure and relationship function as three related factors,and introduce entrepreneurial learning as intermediary variable to establish structural equation model.Research conclusions and prospects.Summing up the achievements and innovation points of the study and expounding the limitations of this paper and the focus of future research.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Social network relations actively promote serial entrepreneurs to acquire knowledge of entrepreneurship.(2)Entrepreneurial learning has a positive impact on entrepreneurial ability,but the positive impact on entrepreneurial performance has not been verified.(3)Social network relationships can have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial ability of serial entrepreneurs.(4)Entrepreneurial learning plays an intermediary role in the positive impact of social network relationships on serial entrepreneurs.
