Research On The Development Path Of In-situ Urbanization In Qionghai

In-situ urbanization is an important way to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and to solve the dualistic structure of urban and rural areas and the "three rural" problems.Since 2012,relying on the local advantages of location and resources advantages and cultural advantages,Qionghai observe the "three noes one in-situ "(not cut trees,not demolition,not occupy farmland,in-situ urbanization)as the development of principles,try to provide funding,land protection and organization guarantee for insitu urbanization,focus on creating specialty industrial town,agricultural park,and strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas,solve the "three rural" issues,the global tourism development has been made,the strategy of Rural Revitalization was implemented effectively,agricultural park formed and developed,and achieved remarkable results,the development model of in-situ urbanization in Qionghai has become a hot topic.The cost of this paper mainly studies the development of in-situ urbanization in Qionghai,this paper first introduces the research background,research purpose,significance,methods,innovations and difficulties,so this study determines the basic ideas and theoretical basis of relevant literature,the author collected at home at present,including urbanization,new urbanization and local urbanization;secondly,the related theory about in-situ urbanization in this,including location theory,structure theory,growth pole theory,ecological theory,population migration(flow)theory,theory of social division of labor;the author has read a lot of literature based on the practical investigation of the development status of Qionghai City,summarize four development way such as industrial town,agricultural park,public service,green road,achieved the effect of three aspects such as The overall level of social and economic development in urban and rural areas has been greatly improved,the three rural issues gradually solved,the indistinct boundary of urban and rural are effectively addressed,summarized three experience such as adhere to the whole domain and ecological concept of scientific development;establish the system and mechanism of in-situ urbanization;explore the way of integration of"agricultural and tourist articles" in the light of local conditions,and put forward three problems such as the problem of "new dualization" in rural area;the driving ability of the city slightly weaken;there are some problems in the use of land.At the same time,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the development of in-situ urbanization in Qionghai,and puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions such as implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and realize the all-round development of the countryside;further strengthen the industry to improve the urban driving effect;make full use of land reform policy to revitalize the rural land resources.
