Research On Spatial-Temporal Differentiation,Mechanism And Path Selection Of In-Situ Urbanization In Anhui Province

After the financial crisis,profound changes have taken place in the economic situation at home and abroad,downward pressure on China's economy increased,urbanization has become the greatest potential for expanding domestic demand.However,the coexistence of urban disease and rural hollowness,the artificially high level of urbanization and the regional disparity make the healthy development of urbanization process facing a series of problems and contradictions.Anhui province as a new comprehensive urbanization pilot provinces,the level of urbanization is lower than the average level of the national region and the central region,the gap between urbanization is obvious,therefore,in this context to explore a suitable for Anhui province urbanization development path is an important way to promote the development of coordination of urban and rural areas in Anhui province and the economy,as well as is an important task of the new urbanization process.Based on the data of Anhui Province from 2005 to 2014,this paper takes Anhui Province as an example,from four aspects:the theory and practice of in-situ urbanization,the spatial and temporal differentiation of in-situ urbanization,the influence mechanism and the selection path of in-situ urbanization.Through the entropy method and spatial exploratory analysis method,the spatial and temporal variability of the urbanization level of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province was revealed.And then using the econometric model to study the influencing factors of the in-situ urbanization in Anhui province,and classification proposed the path selection of in-situ urbanization.From the theory and practice of in-situ urbanization in the summary,we know that the current theoretical research mainly concentrates on the theoretical foundation,connotation,dynamic mechanisms and realization path.Typical regional experience of in-situ urbanization practice shows that market orientation,agricultural development,government function,education and training play an important role in the process of in-situ urbanization,the region should be based on the actual local conditions to choose suitable approach.The in-situ urbanization is a dynamic development process.According to the entropy method and the space exploratory analysis method,it's found that the level of in-situ urbanization from 2005 to 2014 in Anhui province near rising,Among them,the level of in-situ urbanization is characterized by stages in the southern part of the province,the fastest rise in northern region,the overall rising in middle region,and the development speed of middle region in Anhui province has surpassed the southern region since 2012.On the spatial differentiation,there is strong spatial auto-correlation of in-situ urbanization level in Anhui province,presents the aggregation distribution pattern,but agglomeration degree decreased after 2013,and the agglomeration phenomenon is not obvious.The development of in-situ urbanization is a complicated process which integrates economy,institution and society,and is affected by many factors comprehensively.Through panel regression model and panel quantile regression model to analyze the influence mechanism of in-situ urbanization in Anhui province,the results show that the non-agricultural industries development,the level of agricultural industrialization,the effect of the government and the degree of opening to the outside world have a significant role in in-situ urbanization,among them,the development of non-agricultural industries and the effect of the government are the most important driving force of the development of in-situ urbanization in southern region,northern region and middle of Anhui province.Simultaneously,the effect of the government and the level of opening to the outside world have a greater influence on the early stage of in-situ urbanization,non-agricultural industries development has long-term effects on the in-situ urbanization;the rationality of industrial structure and agricultural industrialization development,investment in fixed assets have less effect on the in-situ urbanization development.Based on the results of the full-text research and the actual development of the region,this paper puts forward the path selection of in-situ urbanization in Anhui province from the geographical and the main two dimensions.
