With the rapid development of the information technology industry,China's telecommunication companies have entered a stage of transition to a diversified development.The industry chain become more and more complex,new opportunities and challenges coexist with life because of evolution of new business model.In such an environment,business process reengineering and system integration for the communications companies has brought more engineering investment projects.So the information system in China's telecommunication companies is urgently needed to promote the company's competitive power.This thesis analyses the implementation of project management system(PMS)of Sunnada communication company based on the theory of project management,through in-depth analysis of the modern communication engineering construction project management literature,and comprehensive consideration of project planning,project implementation,project maintenance and other aspects of management.In this thesis,the design of the PMS will be planned as the foundation,process control as a means,based on knowledge template,,and use the business process to link together,coordinate the whole process of project construction to achieve the desired objectives of the project.The project management system integration services make full use of the existing business application system,through the integration of the enterprise application by a core component to obtain relevant data and information from other application systems,so all the independent and distributed application systems are integrated into an organic,messages and data can be used to transfer and exchange information between application systems,and on this basis to do further data statistics,analysis.At the same time,On the basis of the enterprise unified information platform,the integrated information,analysis and decision support system has been built for the company leadership,and it has obtained remarkable effect in Sunnada's management.The main innovations of this dissertation are as follows:first,the perspective of this study is novel,there are few researches on the communication project management information system construction from the point of view,this paper through the analysis of actual case,combined with the characteristics of Sunnada of communication projects,according to the business situation,problems,needs and functional design of communication engineering construction project management information system,and introduces the realization of project management system,has strong pertinence.Second,this paper studies the application of high value.This combination of theory and practice,summed up Sunnada of communications construction projects and proposals for system construction,and achieved good results by testing,has the important significance for promoting the Sunnada of communication project management efficiency,strengthen internal communication and budget,material management efficiency etc..
