Abstract/Summary:
Mr.Ma yinchu is a sincere friend of the Communist Party of China,a strong and unyielding democracy fighter.He is a well-known economist in China.His economic ideas are extensive and profound,covering every corner of the economic field.Ma yinchu advocated "the sacred capital" and criticized Marxism’s labor value theory and communist system with many articles,and considered that "Marxism has no possibility of implementation in China".With the changes in China’s national conditions,Ma yinchu gradually came up with a new view of the communist system and proposed that "capitalism and communism influence each other." During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation,Ma yinchu made in-depth studies of the currency reform of the Nationalist Government and wartime financial issues.He put forward his own opinions on stabilizing the currency value and opposing hyperinflation,and he attacked the high-ranking officials of the Nationalist Government and made the country difficult to finance.The proposal of levying temporary property taxes against the hard-to-find financial people and opposing bureaucrat capital was proposed.During this period,Ma yinchu gradually cleared up relations with the Nationalist Government.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Ma yinchu continued to use Marxist theory as a guide to actively study the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce,the monetary system,the theory of comprehensive balanced development,and the population,providing guidance for the economic development of the People’s Republic of China.In economic research,Ma yinchu adheres to the truth and always insists on an empirical perspective.His economic thinking is a valuable asset in China’s economic history and has guiding significance for the sustained and healthy development of the economy and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The first chapter is the introduction,expounding Ma yinchu’s life,research purpose and significance,research status,research content and ideas,research methods and innovations.The second chapter is an introduction to Ma yinchu’s economic stance in advocating the development of capitalism in China.Mainly focusing on "China’s economic problems lie in lack of capital","the possibility that Marxism has not been implemented in China" and "capitalism and communism can learn from other’s strong points and close the gap",three aspects are discussed.The third chapter is Ma yinchu’s attack on bureaucrat capital.In terms of financial thinking,it mainly includes Ma yinchu’s proposition on currency reform and governance wartime inflation.In terms of fiscal ideology,he elaborated on Ma yinchu’s view of reforming the wartime taxation system,which included imposing temporary property taxes on people with financial difficulties,opposing and assaulting bureaucratic capital,advocating democracy and equality.The fourth chapter is Ma yinchu’s plan for economic construction after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.First,Ma yinchu’s opinions on the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce;Second,Ma yinchu’s evaluation and summary of the new China’s monetary policy;Third,the discussion of Ma yinchu’s theory of comprehensive balanced development;Fourth,Ma yinchu’s"New Population Theory".The fifth chapter analyzes the internal motivation and realistic enlightenment of the transformation of Ma yinchu’s economic thought.The transformation of Ma yinchu’s economic thought is closely related to his character of seeking truth from facts,hatred,hatefulness,and strong patriotism.His many opinions expressed in the fields of finance,finance,and population have important values for the sustained and healthy economic development.
