Ma Yinchu’s Economic Thought In The Republic Of China And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

The Republic of China was in a turbulent period of internal troubles and foreign invasions.Except for the rapid economic development in the ten years from 1927 to 1937,the overall economic development of the Republic of China was in a depressed state.Ma Yinchu’s economic thoughts focus on solving China’s practical problems.His theoretical thoughts mainly draw lessons from western economic theories and thoughts as well as the early economic thoughts of the Communist Party of China,and combine theory with practice to form a set of practical economic thoughts system.Currently,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,adhering to high-quality development and double circular economy.Although Ma Yinchu’s economic thought has distinct characteristics of The Times,it is also forward-looking,developmental and practical,and has made contributions to the theoretical research and discipline construction of China’s economic development.A deep exploration of Ma Yinchu’s economic thought and its contemporary enlightenment will help us to better promote the development of national economy and improve people’s living standards.In this paper,literature analysis and historical research methods are used to comprehensively analyze Ma Yinchu’s economic thoughts in the period of the Republic of China from four aspects,based on the original works and anthology such as The Complete Works of Ma Yinchu,Biography of Ma Yinchu and the Story of Ma Yinchu.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the purpose and significance of this research,systematically collates the research results at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas.Second,it discusses Ma Yinchu’s life and the main source of his economic thoughts.Ma Yinchu returned to China after completing his studies and was determined to serve his country.He wanted to change the poor and backward situation of modern China through what he had learned throughout his life.At the same time combined with the time background,historical conditions and other comprehensive comb and discuss Ma Yinchu’s economic thought formation and development process.Thirdly,it discusses the main content of Ma Yinchu’s economic thought in the period of Republic of China.Ma Yinchu’s economic thought pays attention to practical problems.According to the current situation of China’s development at that time and the problems it faced,the economic reform thought,the control economy thought,the finance and taxation thought and the utilization of foreign capital thought were analyzed respectively.Fourth,it discusses the historical evaluation and contemporary enlightenment of Ma Yinchu’s economic thought.Ma Yinchu’s economic thought has distinct characteristics of The Times,which has played a guiding role in China’s economic development and made contributions to the discipline construction of Chinese economics and socialist economic construction.For the present stage of our economic development,the policy is of great significance.To sum up,Ma Yinchu’s economic thought is the precious spiritual wealth of our party and country.Currently,China’s economic development is in the development stage of seeking progress while ensuring stability.By systematically sorting out and studying Ma Yinchu’s economic thought during the Republic of China,it will be of important enlightenment and reference for promoting the construction of a modern socialist power with Chinese characteristics.
