Innovation has become the first driving force in the enterprise now.Innovation can bring vigor and vitality to the enterprise,and can save a lot of cost for the enterprise.Innovation can bring new ideas to the enterprise of products and services,which make the enterprise obtain the core the sustainable competitiveness by popular products or services,thus bring great benefits to enterprise.However,innovation is also a difficult thing for enterprise.Technological innovation is a kind of innovation.This paper chooses technological innovation as a form to measure innovation performance.As the growth of a new generation,enterprise employees are gradually replaced by young people.The staff is more easily form informal network besides formal organizations based on factors such as interests,values and so on.The network members are closely linked to each other duing to the reasons for the formation of informal network.The characteristics of informal network prefer to share knowledge and information resources between members.Informal network constitutes the path of innovation,which has become the soil of the innovation,and provides the necessary conditions for innovation,so this paper selects informal network as the independent variables to research the mechanism of informal network on technological innovation performance.After the fifth practice in Peter's publication,the establishment of learning organization raised the upsurge in the academic circles.Organizational learning has become a new research topic.Organizational learning is a way which organization as an entirety uses variety of ways to enhance the organizational learning capability.And the organization learning process bases on closed contact between informal network,and organizational learning is a way of innovation,so this paper selects organizational learning as an intermediary variable,and study the influence of informal networks on team technological innovation performance.Based on the analysis of related literature and the reality of the situation,this paper obtains a model of the informal network-organization learning-team innovation performance,in which organizational learning is the intermediary variable.Informal network includes four dimensions of interaction strength,network density,network communication quality and network trust.Organizational learning includes two dimensions of using learning and exploring learning.Team technological innovation performance includes two dimensions of product innovation performance and technological innovation performance.In view of the above variables,a questionnaire was designed on the basis of previous research.And a questionnaire survey was conducted on the incumbency in the enterprise.A total of 350 questionnaires were issued and 320 questionnaires were reclaimed.After eliminating unqualified questionnaires 291 valid questionnaires were retained.Using SPSS software to analyze the data of the questionnaire survey,such as correlation analysis,regression analysis and the test of intermediary effect,we verify the model proposed in this paper and the intermediary effect of organizational learning,and get the following conclusion:(1)Some dimensions of informal network have a positive impact on organizational learning.The interaction strength and network trust have a positive effect on using learning,interaction strength and network trust have a positive effect on exploration learning;(2)Some dimensions of informal network have a positive impact on team technology innovation performance.Interaction strength and network trust have a positive effect on product innovation performance,interaction strength and network density have a positive effect on technological innovation performance;(3)Organizational learning has a positive impact on team technology innovation performance.The use of learning and exploratory learning have a positive impact on product innovation performance,and the use of learning and exploratory learning has a positive impact on technological innovation performance.(4)Organizational learning plays an complete intermediary or partial intermediary role on the relationship between informal networks and innovation performance.The research in this paper provides a theoretical reference for informal group management,construction of learning organization and improvement of team innovation performance.It also has certain inspiration for enterprises in practice.According to the conclusion of the article,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the enterprise to improve the innovation performance.The enterprise can also manage the informal organization by respecting the prestige of the informal network core figures in the informal organization members and letting the manager deep into the informal organization to make informal organization play an active role.Enterprises can build learning organization through various ways to improve the efficiency of organizational learning.Enterprises should improve their innovative ability continuously so that they can be in the unbeaten position in the fierce market competition.
