In a constantly changing environment,building up a harmonious and mutually beneficial labor relationship has always been a major concern of the Labor Security Administration Departments and the ILO in China.In previous studies,scholars have explored how to build a harmonious labor relationship from a macro perspective while in this research I am going to analyze the creation of a win-win labor relationship atmosphere empirically from a microscopic organizational perspective.The atmosphere of labor relations can be regarded as a barometer of labor relations between labor and capital that will directly reflect the employee's perception of the labor relations environment.And employees can contribute to the company with a positive attitude and grow together with the organization only when they are working in a harmonious labor relations environment.So,it is of great significance to study how enterprises should build a harmonious atmosphere of labor relations and in this way maintain their sustainable development.At the same time,in the process of enterprise diversification,when employees are affronting new challenges such as labor transfer and irregular employment and other employment issues,employment security enables them to acquire a sense of job security,and plays a key role in creating a bond between the company and individuals.In this way,the employment security will ensure the healthy growth of enterprises in the rapid development of the society.Therefore,it is of great importance to explore whether employment security has a significant impact on the promotion of a harmonious labor relations atmosphere within a company.However,most of the recent researches have overlooked the existence of links between companies,employees,and other relevant people in the society.There is a problem that the individuality of companies and employees is prominent while the connection is not strong enough.At the same time,when studying the psychological status of employees as a group,scholars did not apply further social psychological research results to analyze the status of employees and organizations.The author believes that introducing a social psychology element-social support as a variable-can help examine the relationship between employment security and the atmosphere of labor relations in a more holistic way,and thus achieve a more holistic result that connects companies and employees more closely.Concerning the problems above,this paper will study the literatures related to employment security,labor relations atmosphere and the role of social support at home and abroad,and combine theories of reciprocity,stereotype and social support to investigate 250 employees who work in 15 state-owned and private enterprises in Urumqi,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.And the questionnaires and data are systematically analyzed.The results of the study show that employment security has a significant positive effect on the win-win situation between employers and employees,a significant negative impact on labor opposition and a significant positive impact on employee participation.Therefore,employment protection has a significant impact on the overall atmosphere of labor relations.The nature of the enterprise regulates the relationship between employment security and labor opposition,but it does not regulate the relationship between employment security and labor-management cooperation and the relation between employment security and employee participation.Social support regulates the relationship between employment security and employee participation,but it does not regulate the relationship between employment security and labor-capital win-win situation,neither does it regulate the relation between employment security and labor opposition.
