Research On The Healthy Development Of My Country's Small And Medium-sized Enterprises From The Perspective Of Marxist Science And Technology Innovation Theory

Innovation is the primary force driving development,it is the strategic underpinning for building a modernized economy.With the technological innovation and progress,the world economy is developing rapidly.In today's market economy,technological innovation has become a crucial factor in deciding the healthy development of enterprises.For the whole national economy,technology and innovation can provide endless momentum.For enterprises,especially the small and medium-sized companies,technological innovation is the decisive factor to achieve comparative advantage and ensure sustained and healthy development.The thought of Marx's scientific and technological innovation is of great guiding significance to the economic development of our country.Since the new socialist era of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era,the competition between domestic and abroad is very fierce.The healthy development of small and mediumsized enterprises is still very dependent on the innovation mechanism.China is still in an important period of strategic opportunity for development;the prospects are bright but the challenges are severe,the innovation is still very seriously,"opinions" on the construction of public entrepreneurship peoples innovation demonstration base to clear in order to promote the development of innovative start-ups as the starting point,to build a double support platform as the carrier,to promote the construction of classification management demonstration base,and puts forward various types of demonstration base construction goal and the construction of key,the importance of Marxism as a guiding theory is even better appreciated.Therefore,the study of Marx's technological innovation theory is of great practical significance for strengthening the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting the healthy growth of SMEs and the continuous progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The first chapter of the technology innovation theory and related theories,defines some basic concepts involved in this paper.In this chapter,defines two basic contents,one is the concept of technological innovation,two is characteristic of technological innovation,at the same time in this chapter we introduces the judgments of Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stalin,for the importance of technological innovation,and summarizes the previous leadership collective since the founding of new China to promote scientific and technological innovation of Marx's theory of Chinese.The significance of the Sinicization of Marx's theory of scientific and technological innovation to the practice of scientific and technological innovation for small and medium enterprises in China is discussed.The second chapter uses Marx's theory of scientific and technological innovation on healthydevelopment of small and medium-sized enterprises were investigated,from the human resource structure of entrepreneur ability,innovation ability,better financing ability and other aspects of the analysis to determine the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises constitute the evaluation system of Marx's Science and technology innovation theory perspective,and from help to improve enterprise there are benefits,discusses the important role of technological innovation on the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises play to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,discusses the development status of China's health,and on this basis,summarizes the innovation of science and technology restrict the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises constraints.The third chapter has made the main conciusions of this paper and discusses from the perspective of macro and Enterprise Countermeasures about how to enhance science and technology innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises.in the macro level,including the cultivation of entrepreneurs technology innovation spirit,to create a good atmosphere of scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises,improve the service system to guide small and medium-sized enterprises to make full use of information resources;in enterprises level,including: vigorously improve the enterprise incentive system,strengthen the enterprise technological innovation,enhance the market adaptability of entrepreneur ability,increase technological innovation leading enterprise technological innovation investment,strengthen the training of technical staff.
