Study On Actuality And Optimization Of Tourism Public Service System Constructing In LiJiang Municipality

With the development of society and economy,the living standard of people has been increased rapidly.The government functions of public service have been transformed from economic-focused to social-focused.Constructing a "Service-oriented Government "is an important task for the Chinese Government,and the satisfaction of Chinese people becomes the standard used to measure how the task has been completed.As a significance component of tertiary-industry,tourist industry has been developed very soon.The massification and normalization of tourist activities made the public demand on public service changed a lot.The level of Tourist Public Service becomes the main criteria to evaluate the development of tourist industry.Therefore,constructing and perfecting Tourism Public Service System becomes a core task for the government.Being a famous tourist city,Lijiang has received much honor.Up to now,the basic system of Tourism Public Service in LiJiang Municipality has been established.However,there are also some shortages existed in the system,so that how to optimizing and perfecting the system is the key point of this thesis.First of all,the author elaborated the basic principles of tourist public service,told us what "Tourist Public Service" is,and established the theoretical framework of tourist public service system.Then,she pointed out the necessary of optimizing the tourist public service system in LiJiang.Via conducting a questionnaire survey about the supply of tourist public service in LiJiang,she concluded the achievement and shortages of tourist public service system in its establishment process.Finally,base on the Actuality of the tourist public service system,the author put forward several routes which used to optimizing and perfecting the system in LiJiang.
